Position - Research Trainee

Job Location: Naraina Vihar, New Delhi / Noida

Required Skills:

Good in Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Candidate Must be a Graduate

Preferable if you have Science Background with BSC / MSC in computer Science / DOEAC A level / Equivalent diploma in computer science, degree in information technology from a reputed institution.

More preferable if you have atleast 6 months working experience in Client / customer interactions.

Job Role

Mainly discovery of customers / prospects from database as per requirement of the project

Making customer calls (cold calls, intermediate calls, follow up calls etc.)

Collection of data Basic data about the company, key contacts etc.

Sometimes conducting an assessment of companys needs and gap areas (. cyber security products, business applications, hardware requirements etc.)

Advocating clients products Mostly it is IT Product and solutions

Influencing & pursuing the customer

Building a list of prospect and creating business opportunity for the client

Finally aligning the customer with the client
