We are seeking a BPO Customer Support Executive to join our team in Sadashiv Peth. This role is suitable for individuals with little to no experience and offers the opportunity to develop skills in customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Answer Customer Queries:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, helping them resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

- **Provide Product Information:** Offer detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

- **Document Interactions:** Record customer interactions and issues in the database to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.

- **Follow-Up with Customers:** Reach out to customers after resolving issues to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.

- **Collaborate with Team Members:** Work closely with team members to share insights and ensure a cohesive customer service experience.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

You should have strong communication skills in English and preferably the local language, enabling you to interact effectively with customers. A calm and patient demeanor is essential to handle customer concerns. Attention to detail is important for accurately documenting issues, while problem-solving skills will help you address queries efficiently.

Candidates must be a minimum of 10th-grade pass and should be willing to work full-time from the office. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment are key traits we are looking for.
