BPO Associate

Looking for fluent English speakers with good communication skills for telecommunication process.

Job description:

Agent will take care of inbound calls. The number of calls do not exceed 30 per individual. Must know MS Excel and be a team player. Must adhere to KPIs and SLAs. Remote position with joining bonus. Proven employment record with current CTC above 25K. Industry standard hike will be provided upto 40k for experienced employees.
