job specifications:

ensure that the souvenir shop is well stocked with souvenir items and clothing materials.

job responsibilities:

• report to work on time as per set opening closing times

• wear neat and tidy, clean uniforms and be well groomed when reporting for work

• ensure that the shop is well stocked and has all items that are of interest to guests.

• display the items in ways that would attract customers.

• change the display items and decorate the shop windows every now and then so that customers are attracted

• welcome guests, show and explain items

• once a sale is made properly wrap or bag the items and handover to the customer

• listen to customers’ needs and requests which can indicate new sales opportunities

• every now and then visit male and check for interesting new items and send in purchase order requisitions.

• attend to personalized tailoring requests by gue
