the bouncer / security guard is responsible for maintaining safety and order within hospital premises, managing crowds, and preventing unauthorized access. the role requires vigilance, physical fitness, and the ability to handle emergencies while ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

key responsibilities

• monitor hospital entrances, exits, and public areas to prevent unauthorized access or disturbances.

• maintain crowd control during high-traffic periods, including opd, emergency, and events.

• escort patients, staff, or vip visitors safely within hospital premises when required.

• respond quickly to emergency situations, including security breaches, altercations, or safety hazards.

• coordinate with hospital administration, nursing staff, and security supervisors for smooth operations.

• maintain detailed logs of incidents, visitor records, and daily security activities.

• assist in enforcing hospital safety protocols, infection control measures, and evacuation procedures.

• conduct routine patrols and inspections to ensure hospital property and assets are secure.

• participate in training, drills, and updates on emergency response procedures.
