Interview For Bookkeeper || B.Com - Freshers

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

 Complete bookkeeping jobs allocated daily as per Daily Planner and Jobs Sheets

 Ensure that correct time is logged in Time Sheets for every allocated job

 Provide daily updates to the Reporting Manager on the status of jobs

 Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the Management

Qualifications:

 Degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) and or relevant experience (0-1 years)

 Typing (Higher / Lower)

Preferred Skills:

 Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat DC

 Ability to work in a team

 Continuous Learning on the job to minimize errors and provide good client

deliverables for review

 Written and Spoken English Communication Skills

Performance Goals:

 Processing Related

 Complete assigned tasks within the budgets allocated with minimal errors.

 Develop communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good working

knowledge of client jobs.

 Others

 Assist the Manager in ensuring that the office is clean and presentable always.

 Ensure ISMS compliance always and adhere to all the ISMS policies and

procedures.

 Complete any administration tasks assigned on-time.
