BIM Modeller(MEP) - Full Time

KRNS BIM Virtual Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding the team!

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler in Electrical or Mechanical or PHE with strong experience in Autodesk Revit.

Role: BIM Modeler

Experience: 2-5 years.

Location: Chennai.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).

Prepare coordinated drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.

Update models based on design changes and client feedback.

Support BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.

Ability to create detailed 3D models and drawings.

Strong understanding of BIM workflows and construction documents.

Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.

Qualification: Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil with 25 years of BIM MEP experience.
