job details :- we are keen to recruit bim mep modeller with a minimum of 2 years of experience. we are a leading building engineering consultants offering a range of building specialist services including building envelopes/facade engineering / advanced geometry / architectural engineering/building simulations. job descriptions mep (mechanical, hvac, electrical, plumbing) & structure - 3d bim modeler with good experiencing in modelling, coordinating, managing team. able to work for various types of buildings - work independently to create detailed bim mep and structure modelling - able to understand various mep drawings / plans / sections. - good knowledge on aspects of building services including hvac, mechanical pipework - opportunity to work with wide spectrum of design team - able to collaborate with project team, gain knowledge in wider disciplines. - we are not a outsourcing company, our team will have a good exposure in real projects with deeply involved from design to constructions. skills and capabilities -diploma / degree in civil engineering -min. 2 years experience in mep bim modelling and bim management -ability to work in a given timeframe with less supervision -good understanding and able to communicate, attend meetings. -good in english communication, speaking and writing -willing to relocate to mumbai/thane/navi mumbai
