• Excellent in preparation of 3D Models for ELEC,HVAC, CHW, Plumbing Detail Design

layouts by using Revit MEP.

• MEP Services Co-ordination with Structural Beam and False ceiling and Other Electrical

services in REVIT software.

• Good knowledge in analyzing the Levels of Duct, Pipes, Cable Trays and FCU's, VAV's,

Equipment.

• Responsible for making RFI for Those Complicated areas and not possible to run the

services in within the space.

• Responsibility for MEP co-ordination with All MEP Services and latest Architectural and

Structural models by using Revit interference check and Navis works.

• Preparation of Coordination services Tagging for services Names and elevation of all

MEP Services.

• Preparation of final coordinated services Drawings (CSD) and Individual services

Drawings (ISD).

• Preparation of Enlarged details & section details for drainage and water services.

• Good knowledge in calculation of drainage pipe slope and invert level of the pipe.

• Involved in creating camera views for client purpose in Revit software.

• Responsible for raising RFI (request for information) in critical areas where we need

clear information from client.

• Preparation of Schedules & Sheet List.

• Prepare the Bill of Quantity for HAVC and Chilled Water System.

• To Maintain the Database of Revision Drawing, Equipment Schedules and Day to Day

Work Progress.

• Good Knowledge in Building Mechanical services like Fire, Water and Drainage

services.

• Good in developing MEP Models by following essential BIM standards and Standard

Engineering Practice

• Pretty well versed in handling Navis work for the purpose of clash detection and

highlighting the issues in viewpoints related to architecture, structural and MEP

aspects.
