Job Description

i would like to inform you that we have an urgent need for billing engineers at the l&t site, and the hours will be 09:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs for your consideration.

some of the job responsibilities are mentioned below:

1. drawing & quantity

coordinate with clients regarding drawing revisions and new drawing availability.

ensure effective coordination with site staff for execution.

conduct quantity survey/calculation as per the drawings provided.

2. billing activities

maintain and update mirs (material inspection reports) in the billing annexure.

maintain and update wirs (work inspection reports) in the billing annexure.

prepare and compose bills based on site execution.

coordinate with cpwd/l&t for quantity checking and certification.

coordinate up to eip update and invoice generation.

create and maintain a wir tracker, aligned with l&t’s wir records.

handle reconciliation of incoming material vs. installation claimed.

please provide a suitable candidate to perform the above tasks as part of his job responsibilities.
