key responsibilities:

- safely operate a bike in various weather conditions and terrains

- transport goods, documents, or messages from one location to another

- follow designated routes and schedules

- communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers

- maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

- perform basic maintenance on the bike to ensure it is in good working condition

- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

requirements:

- 1+ year of experience as a bike rider or in a related field

- high school diploma or equivalent

- valid driver's license (required )

- excellent navigation skills and knowledge of local areas

- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- strong communication and customer service skills

- physical ability to ride a bike for extended periods

- basic mechanical skills to perform routine bike maintenance

working conditions:

- work will be performed outdoors in various weather conditions

- must be able to ride a bicycle for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day)

- may be required to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
