Graduation with minimum 6 months experience.

JOB Responsibilities

Execute sourcing and recruitment strategies for individual positions by connecting and sourcing talent through numerous channels

Recruit, source, and provide assistance to candidates for designated jobs through existing databases, internet search engines, cold calling, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards, and social media recruiting, job boards, and social media.

Develop and execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting objectives

Coordinate with managers and Vendors/Clients and scheduling the interviews
