handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of it professionals in the us. responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through various strategies/channels such as; dice, monster, hot jobs, third party vendors etc. conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. experience working with prime vendor, end client and implementation partner.

qualifications

• at least bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education
