• be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• understand organizations objectives & goals; and measure the targets using kpis.

• should have fundamental understanding of information technology concepts.

• organize a daily schedule based on the tasks assigned.

• ability to answer questions for the clients and team members as needed.

• have at least 0 - 4 years experience as a bench sales recruiter.

• good communication skills

• leadership capabilities

• wear multiple hats as needed.

• build healthy relationships with cross functional teams and individuals in their team.
