we are looking for an it bench sales recruiter with 4 years of experience in attending to and closing customary and niche positions with ease. we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in recruiting for it skill set.
responsibilities:
�� proven experience in bench sales in the it staffing and consulting industry.
�� well versed with marketing bench consultants.
�� must be well versed with us tax terms like w2, corp2corp 1099..
�� must have good understanding of us staffing business, recruitment sales process.
�� well experienced in handling the full cycle of bench sales recruitment. . from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, clients, etc., to
�� submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview . . schedules & placing the consultants at the best deals.
�� experience in working with opt/cpt,h1b, ead, green card
�� regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
�� having a good database & rapport with tier 1 vendors, vendors & clients.
�� expert in job portal searches like dice, monster, career builder, tech fetch, indeed, linkedin etc., and also other networking methods.
�� must have excellent communication skills (both oral & written).
�� must be willing to work in night shifts.
