responsibilities:

candidate sourcing and engagement:

learn and apply various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.

assist in creating a positive candidate experience through effective communication.

supporting bench management:

work closely with experienced recruiters to maintain a bench of qualified candidates.

learn to communicate with candidates regarding skills, preferences, and availability.

collaborative client interaction:

assist in understanding client requirements and expectations.

contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

assist in negotiation and placement:

learn the basics of facilitating the negotiation process between clients and candidates.

provide support in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for placed consultants.

continuous learning:

qualifications:

bachelor's degree in any field.
