Looking For Bar Tender in Europe

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Bar Tender to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Preparing and serving drinks**: You will mix and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring high-quality standards.

- **Customer service**: You will interact with customers, take orders, and ensure they have a pleasant experience at the bar.

- **Maintaining cleanliness**: You will keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and utensils and ensuring the bar is stocked with supplies.

- **Inventory management**: You will monitor and manage the stock of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

- **Adhering to safety standards**: You will follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Required skills and expectations:

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Previous experience in bartending is not mandatory, but a passion for drinks and customer service is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as you will need to engage with a diverse clientele. You should also be able to handle cash and operate a cash register. A willingness to learn and adapt to various bartending techniques will help you thrive in this role. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
