Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to partner bank teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner banks.
Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Resolve any issues or concerns related to product delivery or customer queries.
Ensure smooth onboarding and customer support for clients referred through the banca channel.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of complaints and issues.
