Hiring Freshers || Banking Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Banking Executive to join our team in Hebbal Kempapura. The ideal candidate will help strengthen our customer relationships and support daily banking operations. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires a minimum of a 12th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Engage with customers to assist them with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information, ensuring a positive banking experience.

- Transaction Processing: Handle various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

- Documentation: Collect and verify necessary documents for account opening and loan applications, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

- Sales Support: Promote banking products and services to customers, understanding their needs to improve sales performance.

- Account Maintenance: Help with the maintenance of customer accounts, updating information as necessary and following up on pending matters.
