Key Responsibilities:

Generate insurance business from assigned bank branches

Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to drive insurance sales

Conduct joint calls with bank employees to pitch insurance products to customers

Provide training and product knowledge to bank staff

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service

Handle post-sales documentation and customer queries

Maintain MIS reports and sales records as per guidelines
