Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong working relationships with partner bank branch staff.
Drive insurance sales (Life/Health/General) by leveraging the bank��s customer base.
Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products and selling techniques.
Conduct joint customer calls with bank staff to pitch insurance solutions.
Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure timely issuance, documentation, and post-sale service.
Maintain compliance with IRDAI and internal company policies.
Provide regular MIS and reports to management on performance and planning.
