Looking For Bancassurance Manager

We are seeking a Bancassurance Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our bancassurance partnerships and driving sales of insurance products through bank channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Build Relationships with Bank Partners:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration for selling insurance products.

- **Conduct Training Sessions:** Organize and deliver training programs for bank employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to promote insurance offerings effectively.

- **Develop Sales Strategies:** Create and implement sales strategies that align with the bank’s goals, aiming to boost insurance product sales through various channels.

- **Monitor Performance:** Regularly track and analyze the performance of bancassurance initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.

- **Provide Customer Support:** Assist bank clients with their insurance needs, addressing queries or concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.
