Looking For Bancassurance Manager

We are seeking a Bancassurance Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our bancassurance partnerships and driving sales of insurance products through bank channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build Relationships with Bank Partners: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banking staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration for selling insurance products.

- Conduct Training Sessions: Organize and deliver training programs for bank employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to promote insurance offerings effectively.

- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies that align with the bank’s goals, aiming to boost insurance product sales through various channels.

- Monitor Performance: Regularly track and analyze the performance of bancassurance initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.

- Provide Customer Support: Assist bank clients with their insurance needs, addressing queries or concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to create promotional materials and streamline processes for a smoother customer experience.
