We are an early-stage startup, founded by a partner of a VC fund that has backed companies like Sugar Cosmetics, Sharechat & iimjobs. We ourselves are backed by credible investors who believe in our vision of making natural home remedies available to every household in India.

We are now looking for rockstar people who will be our front-runners in getting potential customers come onboard for their natural haircare journey!

Responsibilities of this role:

Creating business opportunities from new and existing customers

Leads qualification & management

Handling new customer enquiries (through calls & chats)

Converting those enquiries into sales through consultative selling

Tracking & managing sales data in the CRM system

Meeting (and exceeding!) consultation targets

Skills Required:

Good command over written and verbal English & Hindi

Ability to communicate effectively - actively listen to & understand customer needs, have clarity of speech, handle customers with empathy

Amazing sales oriented attitude - the kind who can sell ice to an Eskimo! :)

Good understanding of etiquette for written communication - especially on chat

BAMS degree
