Job Description

 creation of bookings / orders in software

 order allocation to driver, vehicle dispatch

 coordination with driver & customer on booking

 corresponding with customers via email and phone.

 ensure all booking are manage as per customer requirements.

 handling all inquiries

 ensure al drivers are following set procedures of booking in software

 monitoring the vehicle usage, tracking of vehicle

 voucher or trip activity closer in software

 invoice generation.

 following up for lpo.

 updating index summary

 online invoice submission to customers software or need to send online

 retrieving documents upon request.

 issuance of voucher book and maintain its record

 monthly prepare and present report of all pending activity closing and lpo pending to your supervisor

 creating additional revenue through drivers by tracking & allocating them on uber

 maintaining driver attendance

 payment follow up

 reconciliation of orders with respect to invoice generation, invoice submission, payment collection

 renewal follow up of various documents like, visa / eid / passport/dl etc.
