*Core Skills*

€¢ Solid Python 3 skills

€¢ Strong experience with Django & Django Rest Framework

€¢ Good understanding of Django ORM, API development, authentication, and middleware

€¢ Knowledge of PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, performance basics)

*Bonus / Preferred Skills*

€¢ AWS basics (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)

€¢ Experience in finance / fintech projects (maker-checker, audit trail, compliance)

€¢ Basic exposure to MongoDB (document modeling, aggregations)

*General Engineering Skills*

€¢ Git & version control

€¢ Basic Docker

€¢ Familiar with writing unit tests

€¢ Good debugging skills

€¢ Understanding of clean code & modular design

*Requirements:*

€¢ Experience of 2-5 years in writing test codes and integrating applications.

€¢ Hands-on experience in building web applications from scratch

€¢ Person should be of high integrity and values, able to stand ground in undesirable situations
