key responsibilities:

�� maintain and update client details.

�� oversee backend processes and handle documentation.

�� address and resolve client queries via email and phone.

�� prepare and compare quotations for clients.

�� perform data updates and handle mailing and scanning tasks.

�� participate in training sessions and stay updated with best practices.

qualifications:

�� educational background: b. com / bba / mba.

�� experience: 1-3 years in the banking, financial services, and insurance (bfsi) sector.

�� must be well-versed in mutual funds.

�� strong verbal and written communication skills in english.
