key responsibilities:

perform general admin tasks & support internal operations

regularly update and maintain accurate stock lists

manage & update product catalogues on digital platforms

handle product listings on amazon, flipkart, etc.

monitor emails, support documentation & internal communication

assist in order processing, dispatch, and stock coordination

ensure data accuracy & confidentiality

drive backend efficiency and business growth

requirements:

bachelors degree in any field

basic computer knowledge (ms office, excel, email, internet)

familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus

strong attention to detail & organizational skills

effective communication in english and local language

proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset
