Job profile are as below

Assign the calls to Service Engineer and follow up till call closer

Ensure Customer Complaints & queries are met urgently, Resolve Complaints

Analysing service calls

Monitoring call closer ratio

Coordination with customer & internal team

Preparation of Quotations of services, Equipment, AMC & Spares

Data consolidation of Spare & Service Charges

Ensure achievement of Installation, PM & Breakdown calls as per plan

Track daily service activity & update reports in SAP

Ensure all customers are catered for in a timely manner
