1. Day to day calling of leads generated, Also involve partly with lead generation.

2. Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls and leads and Sales Closures.

3. Understand customer needs and requirement.

4. Convincing skill.

5. Proven track record in call handling both incoming & outgoing.

6. Good to have B2B experience.

7. Good UK/USA American/British accent/communications skills.

8. Strong listening and presentation skills.

9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
