As a Back Office Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the organization from a remote setting. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately entering and maintaining information in databases to ensure that all records are up-to-date and accessible.

- **Documentation Management**: Organizing and managing files and documents, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.

- **Client Communication**: Regularly interacting with clients via email or chat to address inquiries and provide necessary support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Reporting**: Generating regular reports on various activities to help management make informed decisions and track performance metrics.

- **Administrative Support**: Assisting with various administrative tasks like scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars to contribute to an efficient workflow.

- A minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in a back office or administrative role, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures.
