Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and provide information about financial products and services.

Coordinate with customers regarding Two Wheeler, Personal Loan, and MSME loan requirements.

Follow up with prospective customers and generate business leads.

Make collection-related calls and follow up with customers for pending payments.

Maintain customer records, application details, and daily reports.

Coordinate with field executives, branch teams, and other departments for smooth processing.

Verify and update customer/application information in company systems.

Prepare and maintain MIS and other back-office reports.

Ensure timely follow-up on assigned cases and achieve daily/monthly targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

Age: 21-25 Years

Graduate preferred/required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups.

Candidates with finance/NBFC experience will be an added advantage.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
