Job Description

Responsibilities:

Data Management & Entry:

Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data into internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.

Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring proper indexing and easy retrieval.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare, compile, and process various documents, reports, and correspondence as required by the department.

Assist in generating routine operational reports, summaries, and presentations.

Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.

Process Coordination & Support:

Coordinate with different internal departments (., Sales, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service) to facilitate seamless workflows and information exchange.

Follow up on pending tasks, documents, or information from other teams to ensure timely completion of processes.

Assist in streamlining back-office operations and identifying areas for process improvement.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage and organize office files, documents, and records efficiently.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and correspondence.

Perform general administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and data security protocols.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Local Communication:

Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and occasionally with vendors or partners. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for local coordination and understanding documents. Good English proficiency is required for official documentation, system operations, and broader professional communication.
