Job Description:

We are seeking a female candidate to manage back-office activities and student coordination for our academy. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, with basic knowledge of computer being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing back-office activities and student coordination.

Maintaining customer databases and handling renewals.

Fluent in Bengali and Hindi with good communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and Social Media handling.

Highly organized and capable of multitasking.

Previous experience as an Office Executive is required.

Ability to draft emails and communicate effectively with vendors and clients.

Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
