**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Data Entry:** Accurately input and maintain data in our systems to ensure all records are up-to-date and reliable.
- **Document Management:** Organize and maintain physical and digital files, making sure that all documents are easy to find and accessible when needed.
- **Client Support:** Assist in responding to client inquiries and requests, providing information and guidance as needed.
- **Report Generation:** Prepare and generate regular reports for management to support decision-making processes.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the office.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Candidates should have a minimum education level of 12th grade, demonstrating a basic understanding of office tasks.
