The ideal candidate should have a 12th pass education qualification with 0-1 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this position. The candidate should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess a high level of organizational skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks is also expected from the candidate.
