Job Description

The Back Office Executive will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization. Duties include data entry, managing and organizing files, responding to emails and phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.

Key responsibilities include managing and updating company databases, processing customer orders, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks, and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate should have a 12th pass education qualification with 0-1 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for this position. The candidate should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess a high level of organizational skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks is also expected from the candidate.
