Job Responsibilities:

ï‚· Generating sales with existing clients and developing opportunities with new clients.

ï‚· Communicate with prospects and clients interested in properties.

ï‚· Provide periodic reports to company on sales preparation.

 New owner’s property searching and data collection.

ï‚· Rental property posting and maintain a listing on Magic Bricks, 99 acres.

ï‚· Maintain a proper co-ordination for job work with other employees.

ï‚· Prepare, compile & sort documents for data entry

ï‚· Check source documents for accuracy

ï‚· Update data and delete unnecessary files

ï‚· Check completed work for accuracy

ï‚· Responds to requests for information and access relevant files.

ï‚· Print Information when required

ï‚· Scan documents & manage it into database management.
