As a Support Engineer, you are responsible: The support engineer is responsible for support delivery, providing technical support to Azure customers by resolving escalated, complex technical customer issues on the Azure Platform and delivering Azure Technical Support against CPE and workflow efficiency targets; to identify required tools, cloud access, training, processes or capabilities to assess customer issues in less than 15 minutes; and to keep escalations to PG operations below 10% of the volume. The SE will need to closely collaborate with PG engineering and operations, and other CTS engineers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Candidate would be troubleshooting on Designed and configured Azure Virtual Networks (VNETS), subnets, Azure network settings, DHCP address blocks, DNS settings, security policies and routing
2.Troubleshooting on Exposed Virtual machines and cloud services in the VNETS to the Internet using Azure External Load Balancer.
3.Provided high availability for IaaS VMs and PaaS role instances for access from other services in the VNET with Azure Internal Load Balancer.
4.Implemented high availability with Azure Classic and Azure Resource Manager deployment models.
5.Designed Network Security Groups (NSGs) to control inbound and outbound access to network interfaces (NICs), VMs and subnets.
6.Utilized NSGs for layer 4 Access Control List (ACLs) for incoming and outgoing packets.
7.Used firewall appliance where requirements call for layer 7 security
