Automation Operator (Male)

Operate automatic and semi-automatic press machines as per production requirements.

Set up the machine , die loading/ unloading and load raw materials or components as per work instructions.

Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth and continuous production.

Check product dimensions, appearance, and quality as per specifications.

Maintain the required production target and minimize rejection.

Identify machine abnormalities, defects, or breakdowns and report them to the supervisor.

Follow safety procedures while operating the press machine.

Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean and organized.

Maintain production records, rejection reports, and shift-wise output data.

Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance as instructed.

Ensure proper handling of finished goods and rejected components.

Follow company rules, quality standards, and 5S practices.
