Automation Engineer (3-9 Years)

We are looking for a skilled PLC / HMI / SCADA Programmer with hands-on experience in Delta, Siemens, and Mitsubishi automation platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining PLC programs and HMI/SCADA applications for industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

PLC Programming

•Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using:

 •Siemens (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300/400 - TIA Portal / STEP 7)

 •Mitsubishi (FX, Q, iQ-R - GX Works 2 / GX Works 3)

 •Delta PLCs (DVP / AS Series - WPLSoft / ISPSoft)

•Implement control logic for machines, process automation, and material handling systems

•Perform PLC debugging, FAT & SAT support

HMI Development

•Design and develop HMI screens using:

 •Siemens WinCC / WinCC Comfort / Advanced

 •Mitsubishi GOT (GT Designer)

 •Delta DOPSoft

•Configure alarms, trends, recipes, and data logging

•Ensure user-friendly and standardized HMI navigation

SCADA Systems

•Develop and maintain SCADA applications (WinCC / third-party SCADA)

•PLC-SCADA communication setup (Ethernet, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, RS485, OPC)

•Integration of field devices, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and instrumentation

Commissioning & Support

•Perform on-site commissioning and troubleshooting

•Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and project teams

•Provide technical documentation and operator manuals

•Support after-sales service and breakdown analysis
