Hiring For B.E Freshers - AutoCAD Draughtsman Mechanical

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical CAD Software Trainer to teach students and professionals in mechanical design, CAD/CAM, and CNC programming. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX CAD, and CNC programming, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in mechanical CAD software.

• Teach AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, and Siemens NX CAD from basic to advanced levels.

• Explain 2D drafting, 3D modeling, assemblies, part design, detailing, and engineering drawings.

• Provide hands-on exercises, projects, and assignments to students.

• Teach mechanical design concepts, drawing standards, GD&T, and design practices.

• Provide training in CNC programming, including basic G-code/M-code and machining concepts.

• Guide students in creating industry-relevant mechanical design projects.

• Assess student performance through practical tests, assignments, and projects.

• Help students troubleshoot CAD modeling and drafting problems.

• Keep training material and course content updated according to industry requirements.

• Support students in developing job-ready CAD and CNC skills.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of:

o AutoCAD

o SolidWorks

o CATIA

o NX CAD / Siemens NX

o CNC Programming

• Good understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D mechanical modeling.

• Understanding of assemblies, sheet metal, surface modeling, and engineering drawings is preferred.

• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing drawing standards.

• Ability to explain technical subjects in a simple and practical manner.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to teach students from beginner to advanced levels.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / . / in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant CAD/CAM certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in CAD design, manufacturing, CNC programming, or technical training preferred.

• Candidates with strong practical knowledge and teaching ability may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of combining theoretical concepts with practical, industry-oriented training. Experience working in mechanical design, manufacturing, CNC machining, or CAD/CAM training institutes will be an added advantage.
