Job Description:

We are seeking a talented AutoCAD Designer (2D/3D) with proficiency in basic Excel to support our design and documentation needs. The candidate will work on workspace design projects, creating accurate CAD drawings and managing project-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and modify 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for workspace furniture, acoustic pods, and interior layouts.

Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

Maintain project-related data and documentation using Microsoft Excel (BOMs, BOQs, material lists, cost sheets).

Assist in project planning, layout finalization, and presentation materials.

Ensure all drawings and data comply with UBALPINE standards and client requirements.

Support senior designers and project managers with design iterations and revisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, charts).

Understanding of design drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.

Preferred (Optional):

Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.

Experience in workspace, interior, or furniture design.

Familiarity with BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
