The AV Support Technician provides technical assistance to clients of audio-visual conferencing equipment and systems.

This position provides operational support to customers.

Preferred candidate profile :

Use resources available online to better understand basic Audio & Video.

Understanding about various analog and digital connectors for Audio and Video.

Qualification :

Degree/Diploma in Technical or equivalent

Strong critical thinking skills are required.
