Remuneration - INR 2,40,000 - INR 4,80,000 per annum plus incentives
Senior Executive/Associate Manager - Inside Sales position with Leadership Radius requires an individual with a minimum of 1-year experience in tele counseling and telesales, preferably in Undergraduate/Post Graduate Colleges, Ed-Tech, or Training Companies.
Talented Freshers will also be considered for this position.
It is an individual contributor role with a great incentive structure and good potential for growth.
Role Snapshot:-
Doing Outbound Calls on Leads in the system and resolving queries about various course offerings.
Assisting prospective students in selecting the best-fit college/university based on various parameters
Handholding the students to ensure they follow the due diligence process of college and register for the selected course
Adhering to Call Quality Parameters like Turn around Time, Communicating correct information, Maintaining proper follow-ups, and Close the Leads
Key Requirements
Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of one year of compulsory Telesales Experience
Excellent Spoken and Written English Language Skills
Telephone Etiquettes
Negotiation and Logical Thinking
Experience in working on any CRM Software
