senior executive/associate manager - inside sales position with leadership radius requires an individual with a minimum of 1-year experience in tele counseling and telesales, preferably in undergraduate/post graduate colleges, ed-tech, or training companies.

• doing outbound calls on leads in the system and resolving queries about various course offerings.
• assisting prospective students in selecting the best-fit college/university based on various parameters
• handholding the students to ensure they follow the due diligence process of college and register for the selected course
• adhering to call quality parameters like turn around time, communicating correct information, maintaining proper follow-ups, and close the leads
key requirements
• graduate/undergraduate with a minimum of one year of compulsory telesales experience
• excellent spoken and written english language skills
