Associate Professor Dermatology - Full Time

We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Dermatology Professor to join our team in Gangtok. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in dermatology and a strong commitment to teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching Courses: You will be responsible for developing and teaching dermatology courses to medical students, ensuring they understand key concepts and techniques in skin health.

- Conducting Research: Engage in clinical and laboratory research to advance knowledge in dermatology, publish findings in reputable journals, and present at conferences.

- Mentoring Students: Provide guidance and support to medical students and residents, helping them develop their clinical skills and knowledge in dermatology.

- Clinical Practice: Participate in clinical duties, diagnosing and treating patients with various skin conditions, while also demonstrating best practices to students.

- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty to design and update the dermatology curriculum, ensuring alignment with current trends and medical standards.

- Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programs, raising awareness about skin health and conditions.

The successful candidate should have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent in dermatology. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring. An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and a commitment to continuous improvement in the field of dermatology are also expected.
