Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, direct and implement training and development initiatives for the center
Research and identify skills development initiatives that would benefit learners and young adults in the community
Prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Department of Social Development and other project fund
Manage financial expenditure of the center, ensure that spending is within budget requirements
Identify and communicate with reputable training providers for efficient service delivery of training
Identify and initiate effective skills program that will motivate and interest learners in their choice of development Oversee the planning and control of maintenance in the center buildings, vehicles, equipment and grounds
Develop, plan and maintain effective security controls to ensure the safety of learners, staff and the property.
