• any graduate with 8 + years of experience in any mnc in operations role.

• high proficiency in english - written and verbal.

• ready to take ownership and accountable for the process aligned

• flexible with working hours/ under pressure environment

• demonstrate high quality of team handling skills by way of coaching and assisting team members.

• good analytical skills. assist managers in terms of providing inputs as and when required

• identify the areas of improvement within the process and suggest ideas.

• ensure all the client escalations are handled and responded within the agreed timeline.
