• Handle Customers Inbound And Outbound Calls and Solving Queries
• Any Graduate with 8 + years of experience in any MNC in operations role.
• High Proficiency in English - Written and Verbal.
• Ready to take ownership and accountable for the process aligned
• Flexible with working hours/ under pressure environment
• Demonstrate high quality of team handling skills by way of coaching and assisting team members.
• Good analytical skills. Assist Managers in terms of providing inputs as and when required
• Identify the areas of improvement within the process and suggest ideas.
• Ensure all the client escalations are handled and responded within the agreed timeline.
