Key Responsibility:

- An associate business manager is an individual who supervises a team of employees and works with the business manager in managing staffing ,staff hours ,job tasks, and payroll.

- You will be responsible for the business performance of the company.

- Creating Business Associates, channel partners and conglomerates in his allocated territory as per the norms of the company.

- To supervise and assist various organisational tasks for the company.

- Developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.

- Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives.

- Training personal and helping team members to develop their skills.

- Handling inventory management and ordering supplies.
