Walk-in For Assistant Human Resource (Male)

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Human Resource to support our HR team in Dhamtari. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for various HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment Support:** Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews with candidates.

- **Employee Onboarding:** Help prepare onboarding materials and assist new hires in completing paperwork to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

- **Employee Record Management:** Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.

- **HR Documentation:** Assist in preparing documents like offer letters and employment contracts to ensure they meet legal and company standards.

- **Attendance Monitoring:** Track employee attendance and report any discrepancies to ensure proper record-keeping.

- **HR Policy Communication:** Help communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be able to work well with others in a team environment. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records.
