Preferably from Healthcare / Manufacturing Industry

Position AGM/DGM

Fixed CTC budget for this position would be 15L to 18L range (Negotiable)

Base location at Chennai corporate office in Guindy.

Qualification CA

Age below 45

Above 12-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting function

Should have experience in managing multiple location businesses

Should have been in managerial role minimum 5 to 7 yrs

Lead a team of 5 to 7 members directly at corporate office (Chennai) and coordinate with circle level accountants (10 people)

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Costing, Inventory Acco unting and Revenue Recognition

Setting up budgets, forecasts and periodic performance reviews-KEY

Financial monitoring of the project and optimization of costs-KEY

Develop and document business processes, accounting policies and strengthen internal controls-KEY

Preparation of MIS for reporting to Management within the timeline-KEY

Preparation of Capex budgets, Fixed Assets accounting and monitoring the assets purchase process-KEY Knowledge of various taxes like sales tax, service tax, VAT, TDS, etc..
