Hiring For 12th Pass Freshers - Assistant Cafe Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of our small, self-service cafeteria (under 100 sq ft). Your main duties will include:

* Cash collection and accurate record-keeping.

* Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.

* Overseeing coffee and tea vending machines.

* Assisting menu items like cup noodles and burgers.

* Ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers, typically 50-70 per day.

What We're Looking For:

* A male candidate with a genuine passion for service and cooking skills.

* A strong commitment to the role, with a minimum one-year commitment required (salary increase after one year).

* Preferably from the Malampuzha, Kanjikode, or Palakkad areas.

* Ability to work independently and manage daily operations efficiently.

* Comfortable with using disposable serving items only.
